Parameters

horizontal	The amount (in pixels) to move the selection horizontally (to the right). Range: -6144 to 6144.
vertical	The amount (in pixels) to move the selection vertically (downward). Range: -6144 to 6144.
undefinedAreas	The method for filling areas left blank by the offset.

Description

Applies the offset filter.
